Before rain falls it takes a process that causes the water droplets to fall from the skies which to you, might be a miracle. Rain is a miracle you would agree with me, cause how did the water get up to the skies? What sustains it there? How do the clouds change all of a sudden? And boom! It starts pouring.
Here’s what happens, Evaporation happens. Rain is a product of the water cycle.
When the sun shines, the heat from the sun’s radiation converts water from pools, seas, rivers, lakes, and streams to vapor and it forms a cloud in the skies containing tiny water droplets. And when the clouds are heavy and can’t hold the water anymore, the clouds change their form and in no time it pours.
That’s why it’s advisable to step out with an umbrella when the clouds are dark, cause it might rain and get you wet.
Rainfall is nature’s gift to humanity as it is used to carry out a lot of activities.
Rainwater can be used for domestic house activities, like washing, watering plants, and also for drinking.
NOTE: rainwater isn’t completely pure as it contains contaminants.
In the process of condensation, microorganisms are formed.
And it’s advisable to properly treat the water before drinking as it could cause health hazards.
When it rains it helps stabilize the body temperature of both humans and animals
